Planning Your Personal Development Lesson 1: Goal Setting

The first step in your personal development plan is to figure out where you want to get to.

Make it one goal at a time – it’s OK if that goal is part of a bigger goal but your mind should be as focussed as possible.

Choose whether to aim for a small, quickly achievable, goal or a massive goal.

If this is your first time doing this or if you’ve not succeeded previously, start small.

If you want to stretch yourself, try a massive goal instead.
